The Rueda Denomination of Origin is an area specialized in the production of internationally renowned white wines. The production area included in the Denomination is located in the Community of Castille and León and is made up of 74 municipalities in the provinces of Valladolid, Segovia and Ávila.
The different varieties of grapes grown here are distributed irregularly throughout the different municipalities, but the native Verdejo variety is the most common, and it is here where it reaches its best version.
The Verdejo grape has lived in the Rueda Denomination of Origin for centuries. Its aroma and flavor has nuances of scrub grass, with some fruity touches and an excellent touch of acidity. This wine has great expression and personality that invites a tasting to match.
